My personal studies of the traditional elements of art during my studio practice allow me to hone in on the foundations of art making in traditional formats and media in my instruction. During my time at Stockton University, I took several drawing courses as well as courses in two-dimensional design to help understand the fundamentals in concrete ways to use that knowledge to teach my students.
